Our Libra Blues is a mid-depth blue with a harmonious undertone of violet.  

Libra Blues obtains its color shifting effects by the use of an epoxy. This ingredient also makes the product especially dispersible in nail polish. It is also approved for general cosmetic use such as in eye shadow. This product is not approved for use on lips.

Soap Stability:  Stable in cold process soap, although it does morph into a neon green and then goes back to its original colour. Stable in melt and pour soap.

Warnings: 

• Wash hands after handling.
• May cause respiratory, skin and eye irritation.
• Customer should exercise caution when using near the eyes. 
• Discontinue if any irritation.
