Our Starlight blue is similar to our Hilite colours in that they are white in appearance, but have highlights of colour.

The difference is that the Hilites are somewhat pearly. Starlight blue offers up its accent colour as sparks of sparkle.

Beautiful colour, best when used in a medium such as lipstick, cream eye shadow, and any clear medium such as clear soap, liquid soap, shampoo.

In the above picture, the color is shown as dry powder.

Soap Stability:  Stable in cold process soap. Stable in melt and pour soap.  For optimal results use in translucent soap.
