Aromatic Description:  This is absolutely the best patchouli available in the world today with a very high patchouli alcohol content of 34%.  Like a fine wine, the older the patchouli, the better.  This batch is vintage 2006 material and is sweeter smelling than the typical Indonesian or Chinese material and has a higher patchouli alcohol content (the sesquiterpene alcohol that is the main component in patchouli oil).  If you are a patchouli lover, you will undoubtedly love this patchouli! 

Blends well with:  bergamot, clary sage, geranium, lavender and myrrh.  Blend this in a 4:1 blend with our Lavender French Fine High Alt (Lavender: Patchouli) for a wonderful blend!

Safety precautions:  Non-toxic, non-irritant, non-sensitizing.

Common Uses:   Acne, athlete's foot, chapped skin, dermatitis, eczema, fatigue, frigidity, hair care, insect repellant, mature skin, oily skin, stress.

Other information:   I find Patchouli has a love /hate relationship with most people.  you either love it or hate it.  I personally am not fond of it on it's own (although I much prefer this Patchouli to the Chinese version we carry) but I enjoy it in a blend.  ~ Randi
