DLS Mild is a natural source surfactant that is derived fom natural vegetable oils. It is an excellent choice for sensitive skin, baby products, facial products or other natural skin care or hair care products. DLS Mild is non-irritating and will not strip skin or hair of natural oils. DLS Mild will leave skin feeling soft and conditioned after rinse off. 

Format: Clear, yellow liquid.

Common Uses:  DLS Mild can be incorporated into your formula as a primary or secondary surfactant.  It is commonly used in products such as

• Low irritation shampoos 

• Cleansing products 

• Low irritation handsoaps

• Skin fresheners 

• Baby shampoos

• Creams and lotions

• Bubble baths

• “Sulfate-Free” Shampoo

Usage Rate: 10% to 50 %

Manufacturer Safety data: 

• Normal safety precautions (i.e. gloves and safety glasses) should be employed when handling 
  Handling.  Contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin should be avoided.  Wash 
  thoroughly after handling material.
• It is recommended that this product be stored in sealed containers and kept at temperatures 

  between 45°F (7°C) and 104°F (40°C).  Avoid freezing or overheating.  If material is frozen, warm to room temperature and agitate to ensure the material is homogeneous before use. Do not expose this product to temperatures >40C for extended periods of time.  Sulfosuccinates typically display evidence of instability with storage at elevated temperatures, as indicated by a decrease in pH and an increase in the nonionic content which increases the viscosity.
