Bergamot FCF (Citrus bergamia) has a sweet fresh aroma that is partly due to the natural constituent’s linalylacetate, linalool and small amounts of methylanthranilate. Adding to its natural complexities are aliphatic aldehydes, citral etc which are not uncommon in expressed citrus oils.
