Newsletter: The World of CfE New Site Launch!

December 20, 2011

Hi All!

Well we made it!  A little later than the original (very unrealistic) launch date of February 2, 2011, but we did get there and at this time that is all that matters.

I hope you enjoy the site and if you have any issues with it please do not hesitate to let us know.  Being a newborn, it still may have some quirks we need to work out and the only way we will know is if you tell us.  So don’t be a stranger!

You do need to set up a new account.  The reason for this is that we decided to start clean and not move the old database over to the new site.  It had some issues and rather than trying to work them out, it was easier to just start over.  So you will need to re-register (first login only) and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  Those of you that have a previous history of payment with me, please contact me if you wish to remain paying debit at the warehouse.  This only applies to accounts that have a good history with us.

As for pictures, they are coming.  We felt that a functional website was more important than pictures of the products.  They are coming I promise!

We will be closed for the holidays as of December 22nd, 2011 and will reopen January 17th, 2012.  The shopping cart will remain open and all orders will be served on a first-come first-served basis when we get back.

If you placed an order after 11 pm MST on December 20th, 2011 prior to the new site launch, we may not have received your order due to the site transfer.  Please resubmit your order via this site and it will be processed for the New Year.  Order cut off for processing in 2011 was also the above time and date as indicated on the old site.

Otherwise have a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah, Happy Holidays, or Happy Days Off, depending on what you will be celebrating!

Happy Creating!
